Our second home for this client and a finalist at this year’s OHBA Awards for “Best Custom Home”, this ultra-modern home combines industrial-chic features with airy, open spaces. From its open-riser staircase using floor-to-ceiling aircraft cable, to the outdoor pool and water feature, this home maintains a feeling of balance that flows seamlessly from the interior to exterior spaces. Privacy was ensured by placing its four bedrooms in the four corners of the home, while the flat roof adds to keeping the scale harmonious with surrounding homes. The outcome is spectacular, both in function and in form.
